Last year, a big earthquake and tsunami suddenly hit Japan. We were tremendously devastated by the sad news, but were very touched and encouraged by people in disaster areas who have survived bravely and recovered from the difficult situation. We won’t forget that each individual is strongly connected to each other and also how important it is to appreciate every day we live.

In 2011, we worked on our major goal; “Manufacturing and Developing Human Resources”. Also, each employee has been made aware of three other goals: “Quality Ideas”, “How to deal with Delivery Deadline”, and “Cost Reduction”. We believe that “The 1st Chapter” towards these goals of Ogura Clutch Co. was a success because of the continuous development by investing in our work force.

In 2012, we will take advantage of our 70+ years of manufacturing experiences and “The Ogura Spirit” that has been handed down from generations of worldwide Ogura employees. “The 2nd Chapter” of our company will begin with brand new ideas to strengthen our organization. In order to provide the best quality products at a fair price, we will continue to strive to improve quality and reliability. We ask for your continuous support this year and in the years to come.
